Optimal sport performance stems from the ability to self-regulate one’s physiological and psychological states.
Every change in the physiological state is accompanied by an appropriate change in the mental emotional state, consciously or unconsciously. Conversely, every change in the mental emotional state, consciously or unconsciously, is accompanied by an appropriate change in the physiological state.
For the last 25 years, I have been developing and implementing various approaches for improved performance, not only for athletes, but for all types of individuals, as well as for myself. I work every day to improve myself as a person and the athletes I work with. I use several approaches including yoga, meditation, breathing, foundation training, strength and conditioning training, and advice on achieving a healthy lifestyle physically and mentally. I create individualized plans according to the needs of the athletes and understand the uniqueness of every athlete's situation. My goal is to help equestrian athletes become more flexible and strong mentally and physically.
